Our Evergreen Reserve Blend is a 94-point blend available year-round, anchored by Ethiopian heirloom varieties and Central American coffees — delivering a richly fruity, Ethiopian-forward cup built on layered sweetness and precise structure. Aromas of red berry, cocoa, and delicate florals give way to a cup of stone fruit and citrus brightness, supported by dark chocolate depth and vanilla sweetness. Acidity is vibrant and refined, carried by a dense, syrupy body to a long floral finish.
