Coffee Questions

When will my order roast/ship?

Each bag is roasted to order within three business days of purchase. We ship primarily on Tuesdays and Fridays using UPS as our primary carrier and USPS as our secondary option. Once shipped, your coffee typically arrives within 2–5 days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged or if i received an incorrect order?

Please email us at orders@bearlakecoffee.com or text/call 715-903-6006 with your name and order number and a description of the issue you’re experiencing and we will send you a correct, replacement order! Once a shipment leaves Bear Lake, it is out of our control on if it arrives in tact or ontime, but rest assued, if your order does not arrive or is damaged, we will completely replace your order at no charge to you!

What if I am not completely satisfied with my order/coffee?

At Bear Lake Coffee Co. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t 100% happy, we will refund your money! ? Just email orders@bearlakecoffee.com or text/call 715-903-6006 and we will get your refund issued.

Subscriptions

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

To change the order frequency of an existing subscription, Just email orders@bearlakecoffee.com or text/call 715-903-6006 and we will get your subscription updated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Click here to access and Manage Subscription
  2. Click Managed Subscriptions
  3. Select the Subscription you want to cancel 
  4. Click [Cancel subscription] button 

 

How do I update my shipping information?

  1. Click Manage Subscriptions
  2. Click on the Active Subscription you want to change.
  3. Click Manage Subscriptions and select the one you want to update.
  4. Click [Edit Address] and update - this update for all upcoming orders.
  5. Note: Once the shipping or billing details have been updated, all future recurring orders will automatically reflect this new information

 

How do I receive my 10% discount on my subscription?

When you become a subscriber, you will atuomatically be given a 10% recurring discount. There are no additional steps you need to take. Sit back, enjoy your discount and your coffee!

How can I update my credit card information?

  1. Click Manage Subscriptions
  2. Click on the Active Subscription you want to change.
  3. Click Address & Payment details
  4. Click to add new credit card and save as default payment.
