Coffee Questions

When do you roast?

We roast each bag of coffee to order every Thursday and ship immediately after.  You can expect your order to arrive 2-4 days later.  You will receive an email from us when your order has shipped and it will also include the tracking information.

How do I brew my coffee?

What do i do if my order arrived damaged or if i received an incorrect order?

Please email us at orders@bearlakecoffee.com or text/call 715-903-6006 with your name and order number and a description of the issue you’re experiencing and we will send you a correct, replacement order!

What if i am not completely satisfied with my order/coffee?

At Bear Lake Coffee Co. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t 100% happy, we will refund your money! 😊 Just email orders@bearlakecoffee.com or text/call 715-903-6006 and we will get your refund issued.

Subscriptions

How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

To change the order frequency of an existing subscription, Just email orders@bearlakecoffee.com or text/call 715-903-6006 and we will get your subscription updated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel a subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Select the my account icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Select Manage Subscription.
  • Select See more Details.
  • Select Cancel Subscription.

How do I update my billing/shipping information?

To update the shipping or billing details of an existing subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Select the my account icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Select Manage Subscription.
  • Select See more Details
  • Select product shipping information to change address.
  • Select payment details to update payment information.

Once the shipping or billing details have been updated, all future recurring orders will automatically reflect this new information

How do I receive my 10% discount code for merchandise for being a subscriber?

When you subscribe, you will automatically be sent an email with your discount code. You will also receive a text from us with the code. If you ever misplace this code, please email or text our team and we will send it right over.
