Peru Organic G1 Swiss Water Decaf

TASTING NOTES: Dark Chocolate | Brown Sugar | Nutty | Black Currant | Citrus
Our Peru Decaf Organic is a testament to how exceptional, sustainable decaf can be when every step—from farm to final roast—is rooted in transparency and care. Sourced from smallholder farmers in the high-altitude Amazonas region of Peru, this fully washed coffee is grown organically in rich microclimates that create a cup profile of dark chocolate, brown sugar, nuttiness, and bright touches of blackcurrant and citrus. To preserve flavor, this coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process—a chemical-free method that removes 99.9% of caffeine over 8–10 hours using Green Coffee Extract and carbon filtration, ensuring the beans retain their natural complexity. The result is a decaf that honors its origin, protects the livelihoods behind it, and delivers a cup that tastes like the real thing—because it is.

Farmer-first Information
We take a farmer-first approach, partnering with family-owned farms to ensure fair compensation and thriving communities. Coffee isn’t just a crop—it’s a livelihood. Since most of the world’s coffee comes from families, not corporations, every bag we share reflects their dedication, sustainable practices, and craft—making each sip unique and meaningful. We also push for full transparency on farm gate pricing—the price paid directly to farmers—to ensure they reap the rewards of high-quality production and sustainable agriculture.
