Bali Kintamani G1 TP Semi-Washed 25/26

TASTING NOTES: dark chocolate | cedar | herbs | grapefruit | rosemary
The Bali Kintamani G1 TP Semi-Washed 2025 hails from the misty highlands of Kintamani in Bangli Regency, Bali, grown at 1,300–1,600 meters in rich volcanic soils that support quality Arabica cultivation. This Grade 1 lot undergoes semi-washed processing, where ripe cherries are depulped and some mucilage is left on the beans before they are wet-hulled and sun-dried, contributing to a uniquely balanced and earthy profile. Rigorous triple picking ensures uniformity and specialty quality. The result is a cup with medium body and bright acidity, layered with notes such as dark chocolate, cedar, herbs, grapefruit, and rosemary, reflecting both the land and the care in post-harvest handling. Once dried to stable moisture, the coffee is prepared for export, ready to showcase the distinctive intersection of Bali’s terroir and thoughtful processing.
