Don senel

TASTING NOTES: Orange Zest | Dark Chocolate | Cream

Start your day with a dose of Pura Vida! Pura Vida is a vibe you'll find all over Costa Rica, and it's all about embracing a pure and simple way of life.

This single-origin coffee comes from the beautiful Brunca region in Costa Rica. Don Senel has worked his magic to bring you an incredible Red Honey Catuai microlot. This eco-friendly coffee is grown at 1700-1800 meters above sea level by Don Senel on Finca La Toboba. When you take a sip, you'll taste the zingy Orange Zest, the luscious Dark Chocolate, and the creamy goodness of Cream. This microlot won't stick around for long, so don't miss out on your chance to savor a bit of Pura Vida with each cup!

Don Senel's coffee farming exemplifies sustainable, eco-friendly practices. He uses trees like Guaba, Jocote, Anona, Higuerilla, and Poro to create a canopy, shielding plants from excess sun and promoting soil health and biodiversity. His use of Bioles, natural microorganisms for pest control, minimizes chemical pesticide use, safeguarding environmental and worker health. These traditional, ecologically mindful methods result in superior coffee and set a standard for sustainable agriculture in the industry.
