With 2025 now in full swing, Bear Lake is proud to roll out our newest offering direct from Carlos Pola at Finca San Antonio and Manu Del Puma.

Hybrid 1, a Dehydrated Honey Processed Coffee has been derived through decades of research and hard work to combat coffee rust. Hybrid 1 has been formulated from to varietals of Catimor Cherries, producing high yield crops with better cupping standards than Non-Hybrid Coffees. The Hybrid 1 cup is likely the smoothest, and cleanest coffee in the Bear Lake lineup at this time. A beautiful full body cup driven by caramel and tangerine, rounded with floral notes and a gentle and sweet acidity. Coffee from Carlos and his family continue to be innovative in all they do, and are the Bear Lake Coffee Founding Farm Partner. 

Additionally, Gabe and Caleb are proud to share they will be visiting Carlos and his family on the farm in El Salvador in March of 2025.
