Located in the quiet backwoods of Northwest Wisconsin lies the town of Barronett, population 87 people. Barronett serves a main connection route for connecting travelers to all that Wisconsin has to offer in outdoor recreation. Barronett is the official location of our retail coffeehouse, and the heart of our roasting operations. What better then to name our Flagship Coffee after the town we call home and to honor those who have lived in this small area of Wisconsin for decades.
Our flagship Barronett Blend is designed to be a daily sipping coffee to appease all that claim coffee as a daily part of their lives. A 50/50 blend of amazing coffees from El Salvador and Costa Rica, comforting notes of dark chocolate and caramel drive this cup. Satisfactory espresso olfactory experience hits the spot
This is a very good espresso blend. I'm a super picky coffee snob. I anm easily underwhelmed with many US roaster's "blends". this coffee is making really well balanced espresso when dialed. Great thick crema. Resinous body. Nice harmony in the cup. I'm used to lighter roast single origins on my machine. This was a treat! I didn't try it with milk but I know this style shines in milk drinks as well as straight espresso as I am drinking it.

We love this coffee!
Barronett Blend is the best-tasting coffee my husband and I have ever experienced. I don’t know how to described the “notes” of this or that flavor in it, but it is delicious. It is smooth and silky without the acidic, bitterness of name brand coffees we used to drink. The beans always arrive a few days after roasting, fresh and flavorful.
