Meet Lago del Oso, Spanish for "Bear Lake," our name spoken in the language of the farms behind it. This seasonal blend unites four fully traceable Central American lots: washed Hacienda La Minita from Tarrazú, Costa Rica; natural and honey Pacas microlots from the Pola family, our longest-standing partners in El Salvador; and a natural Honduran Bourbon microlot. Expect ripe apricot, silky milk chocolate, and a honeysuckle finish.
