Smallholder farmers cultivate Arabica at 1,300–1,600 meters, where rich volcanic soils and careful triple picking support quality and clarity. Partial mucilage retention during processing adds depth and balance, yielding a medium-bodied cup with bright acidity and a distinctly Balinese character.
