Smooth and naturally sweet, this Peru Decaf Organic highlights high-altitude Arabica grown by smallholder farmers in the Amazonas region. Fully washed and sun-dried on patios and raised beds, it preserves the purity of its terroir even after decaffeination. Using the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process, the coffee retains its original character—rich dark chocolate, warm brown sugar, nutty sweetness, and bright touches of blackcurrant and citrus. The result is a decaf that honors the land, the people, and the craft—delivering clean, full-flavored sweetness without caffeine.
I only use the pour over method. Frankly, this is disappointing. The coffee is somewhat thin with little texture/mouth appeal. I’ve made Sumatran decaf from local beans, which seem more vibrant and satisfying at about half the price. Sorry, but this just doesn’t impress that much.
