This limited-release 94-point coffee is Northwoods summer and fall, in a cup. The elegance of washed Ethiopia Sidama — Ayla's heirloom landraces — meets the lush fruit of two natural-process nano lots from Carlos Pola's El Salvador farms. Ripe apricot and blueberry lead, gentle citrus acidity lends structure, and a creamy body carries milk chocolate to a lingering finish of caramel, dried berries, and wisteria. Sophisticated and seriously fun.
A single-release seasonal blend. Once these lots are gone, Golden Hour is gone with them.
