I still haven’t tried it, I just went to Asheville and got some cool bags and then got my subtext monthly order right before switching to Bear lake. You guys delivered too fast! Do you guys get into all that resting business about giving your beans time after roasting?

Holiday Blend
Well when I signed up for the subscription I made sure to pick a monthly that was single origin and roasters choice. I was not happy that I received a blend last month. I just don’t feel like you can call it “Q-Grader” when it’s a blend. Just my 2 cents worth.
