This 95-point Ethiopia from Faysel Abdosh showcases an exceptional anaerobic lot from the Yonis family’s Gara Agena station in Sidama. After seven days of controlled anaerobic fermentation and slow shade drying, the cup is intensely aromatic and multilayered. Blueberry compote and ripe pineapple lead, lifted by rose florals and candied citrus, grounded in silky cocoa. Bright, fruit-saturated acidity and a plush, velvety body carry into a long, resonant finish.
Just absolutely amazingly scrumptious. The blueberry punches you in the face and it’s just amazing in the Aeropress .

This coffee lived up to the description. It has a very good taste if you like coffee from this origin. I was looking for a coffee with the blueberry notes and this one has it. Ordered the coffee again as it will also be a good one to also blend on my own.
