At Bear Lake Coffee Co., having Licensed Q Graders on staff is a true distinction. While mass-market roasters often use Q Graders to source lower-cost beans for blending or masking with dark roasts, we use our training to do the opposite—to celebrate the top 1% of coffees from across the World Coffee Belt. Each month, we spotlight the farmers, regions, and terroir behind every coffee we share with you.
