Rooted in El Salvador’s coffee heritage, this lot highlights the variety’s refined, fruit-forward character with lifted sweetness and exceptional balance. Handpicked at peak ripeness and dried slowly on shaded raised beds, the process preserves clarity while deepening complexity. The cup offers vibrant notes of fruits, supported by caramel sweetness and a smooth chocolate-hazelnut finish.
